What are the AOD rules?

Whenever you book training or certification, you must accept the associated Acknowledgement of Debt (AOD). 

The amount of time it will take for the AOD to fully deplete is determined by the cost of the booking, as outlined in the table below:

The debt associated with your booking, as well as, the time it will take to deplete is specified when you sign the electronic AOD document:


Remember the AOD will only begin to deplete once you have uploaded the required completion certificates and payment documents for your booking and they have been approved, so make sure to submit the relevant documents as soon as you can!


Tracking my AOD

You can track your AOD directly on your Learn dashboard. There is a graph that shows what you are currently working back, as well as, any projected changes.
